Spend an evening at Chiang Mai’s largest boxing stadium, watching 6 to 8 Muay Thai matches from 9 PM. Choose standard grandstand seats, ringside seating with one drink, or VIP seating with unlimited drinks and snacks. Chinese and English-speaking staff are available at the ticket office.

Watch live Muay Thai at Kalare Night Bazaar Boxing Stadium in Chiang Mai. Your one-seat ticket covers an evening of traditional Wai khru ram muay and hard-hitting bouts, usually six competitions from 9:00 to 11:30 PM. Arrive early to find the stadium among the market stalls.

“Very hard to find the place, the instructions said to meet our guide at the meet-up point but no one very showed up. We decided to head to the boxing ring directly ourselves - good thing we did otherwise we would have missed the match! Tickets were for basic seats on plastic chairs, but was still an enjoyable experience all things considered”
Head to Thaphae Boxing Stadium near Chiang Mai’s old city for six Muay Thai competitions from 9 to 11:30 pm. Your seat ticket covers the evening, including the respectful Wai Kru Ram Muay ritual before the fighters begin. Tickets cost $19, with free cancellation up to 24 hours ahead.
Meet opposite Buak Hard public park for a 1.5-hour Muay Thai class at ChiangMai Muay Thai Training Academy, also called StingClub. English and Thai-speaking senior trainers adjust drills to your level, provide gloves and hand wraps, and teach technique, cardio, core work, and basic sparring.
